Gay founded Monticello Consulting in 2002. Prior to
starting Monticello, Mr. Gay worked at a large, investor
owned utility company, where he gained experience in credit
and collections and selling portfolios of bad debt. He
is a frequent and sought-after speaker in the area
collections, debt recovery, predictive analytics and selling
bad debt. Bruce received his BBA in Economics, Magna
Cum Laude from the Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania and a MBA in Finance, with Highest Honors from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
